Batu Caves, Rather Unusual

Hindu shrines to various gods are up a long set of steps and inside of an enormous cave that opens up to the sky at various points. There are priests there performing rituals, worshippers, tourists, creepy little monkeys everywhere, it's steaming hot with drips of water from the cave ceiling, chanting going on and it's quite the experience, a half hour, 60 cent ride in a brand new train from KL Worth a detour!
